FAQ
What happens when I run out of credits?
Explorer accounts are blocked when credits are exhausted. Paid tiers can use overage credits (€5/€4/€3.50 per credit depending on tier), charged at the end of the billing period.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — you keep your current features until then.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset on your billing date each month.
What's included in the free tier?
5 one-time credits, fast extraction, Clinical style only, HCP Summary audience mode, MP3 export with a short branded audio intro. No transcript access — upgrade to Starter for PDF transcripts.
Is there a free trial for paid tiers?
